Project Coordination

A single project lead takes ownership from day one. Logistics, sequencing, crew coordination, and material procurement are managed with the same discipline we apply to the work itself.

Execution to Spec

Certified specialists execute each discipline to documented procedures. Hold points, inspections, and class attendance are built into the schedule — not bolted on at the end.

Handover & Documentation

The vessel leaves with a complete documentation package — test records, certifications, weld logs, as-built drawings, and anything else the owner, captain, or classification society requires.

Standards & Compliance

Every scope held to the authority.

We don't work to minimums. Our team holds active RINA certification and executes all work to ABYC, class, and flag state standards — with full documentation to support survey, flag administration, and insurance requirements.

Full certification to RINA classification society standards. We manage hull surveys, structural inspections, and all associated documentation.

All electrical and plumbing work is executed and documented to American Boat and Yacht Council technical standards.

NDT

We coordinate non-destructive testing for structural welds and hull inspections, managing the full sequence from preparation through class sign-off.
